Aramayo & Associates was formed in 1997 by its principal, Deni Aramayo, who served as Vice President and manager of Construction Engineering for First Interstate Bank and Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Technical Services. Our team members have professional backgrounds in civil engineering, architecture, geology, and cost estimating. We have extensive experience with both commercial and residential projects. All of our on-site inspectors have a minimum of 20 years of experience conducting lending inspections. Our work portfolio consists of projects that range in scope from single family houses to large apartment complexes, and from casinos to multi-million dollar high-rises.
